Lori Langley
Statewide Volunteer Coordinator and Incoming FLL Program Manager
Lori Langley has been actively involved with FIRST since 2011, when her children joined the rookie FIRST LEGO League team known as Team Storm. She and her husband coached the team until 2019, witnessing every day the transformative impact FIRST programs have on youth. Lori enjoyed the connections she made with FIRST teams, mentors, and volunteers in her role as a FIRST Senior Mentor for nearly five years while supporting the FIN leadership team. As the Statewide Volunteer Coordinator, Lori will work to expand an inclusive volunteer network and support volunteers across all programs. She is also serving as the FLL Program Manager to help teams navigate through the final season of FLL.

Blair Oyler
Incoming FTC Program Manager
Blair brings over 20 years of leadership and team development experience to FIRST Indiana Robotics. As an active robotics mentor, small business owner, and FIRST parent, she is passionate about building sustainable team infrastructure and empowering students through STEM. Her extensive background in youth leadership and community engagement includes years of service with Scouting of America across three states and seven years with the Triton Central Band Boosters, alongside her work in FRC mentorship and small business strategy. Within FIN, Blair focuses on supporting FTC mentors, and expanding access to hands-on STEM opportunities across Indiana. Outside of robotics, she can usually be found fueled by coffee while caring for her beloved backyard flock of chickens.

Amanda Ledtke
Business Operations Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in government and political administration, Amanda’s worn many hats—organizer, communicator, problem-solver, and team builder. She loves bringing order to chaos and helping great ideas come to life, which is why she’s an integral part of FIRST Indiana Robotics! Amanda manages a lot of the background efforts at FIN – email communication, inventory management, bookkeeping. Her background in administration taught her how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so teams can focus on innovation and creativity. She’s using those skills to support FIN and students and mentors as they learn, compete, and grow.
