We advocate for equal access to STEM opportunities for all Hoosier children, regardless of their background or location. Our goals include providing every PreK-12 student in Indiana the chance to join a FIRST team, preparing students for multiple pathways after graduation—whether pursuing higher education, entering the workforce directly, serving in the military, or launching their own entrepreneurial ventures—and building a strong, sustainable STEM workforce pipeline for Indiana employers. By supporting our advocacy efforts, you help us create a future where hands-on, mentor-guided learning is available to every student in Indiana.
