Discounted rates on local hotels for the event can be found via the Visit South Bend Hotel Booking site.
Booking through this site helps subsidize hotel rates for our volunteers!
Teams are welcome to bring food into the venue; however, electric appliances (crockpots, skillets, etc) are not allowed within the venue.
Preorder food:
To help get food to you quickly, we have provided you with order forms from local restaurants that are willing to deliver boxed lunches right to you. Place your order directly with the restaurant, and please specify your team number when ordering. Payment is also due upon ordering.
Be considerate and place your order by Friday, February 23.

Food trucks will be available outside in the Penn parking lot for spectators from approximately 11 am-3 pm both days. Concession stands will be open to serve drinks and snacks. Tom’s Coffee Truck will be available Saturday morning ONLY.
