About the Event
Lights, camera, STEAM! Science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) inspire big ideas, bold action – and creativity. Our skills make it possible to create art and experiences that bring us together, entertain us, and move us. During our 2023-2024 arts-inspired robotics season, FIRST® IN SHOWSM presented by Qualcomm, we will celebrate the roles our STEM skills play in the arts and design and build a world of endless possibilities. The future is yours to create.
Turn Up the Volume
In CRESCENDOSM presented by Haas, FIRST© Robotics Competition teams will use their STEM skills and creative power to turn up the volume as they design, build, and program their robots for action-packed game play. Watch the game animation to inspire ideas.
Local Resources
Discounted rates on local hotels for the event can be found via the Visit South Bend Hotel Booking site.
Food trucks will be available outside in the Penn parking lot for spectators from approximately 11am-3pm both days. Concessions stands will be open to serve drinks and snacks. Tom’s Coffee Truck will be available Saturday morning ONLY.
